Martin Bivenour was hired to put on a handicap addition and what a nightmare that was. His work is horrible. He Lie's about everything so make sure you check into everything does or Say's that he will do. I'm still stuck on the top floor of my house because of the poor unfinshed work he has done. We had to fire him because he was illegally running the electric and plumbing iin my house and I found out that martin had forged my name on the building permits. Holding me a disabled home owner with a cord injury responsible for his poor and shottie work. Then the day after he was caught forging my name on the permits he sold his house and stuff for a dollar to his girlfriend/wife. Do not trust anything that he tells you that he will do for you and make sure you get everything in writing first. BECAUSE he will Lie. Have had several other contractors look at his work to have it fixed and they all just laugh and shack there heads. Martin has no real building training, schooling, skills, zero pride in his work and doesn't care about his customers at all. BE WEAR AND HIRE A REAL CONTRACTOR
