Andre Martinez
In 2012 and 2013, we paid Mr. Martinez over $33,000 to plumb our new construction house. Within months we noticed a gas smell inside the house and PSE came out and red tagged our house. Since then, the basement has flooded multiple times each time requiring internal walls to be dismantled. He used a combination of PEX and copper on two of the floors. In the basement he used a white pipe - not pvp - extremely brittle and unidentifiable as far as what it actually is. The damage to the house is over $50,000.
