Hired this contractor to remove pop corn ceilings. His painting crew did the work.
The ceilings were rushed and now they need to be redone. Left tape cracks and improper mudding resulting in exposed materials. Contractor did not insure job was done properly.

In preparation to put my house on the market, I used Mashburn Development to resolve all issues on my inspection report.
Items included new vapor barrier and mold remediation in crawl space, tear out and replace tile shower pan, extensive repair of exterior issues including woodpecker repair, replacing damaged casing, painting and staining.
Excellent work, well organized and took care of everything I threw at them.
