I would have given a zero star but that is not an option so I will settle for a 1 star. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The CEO of the company is a compulsive liar. I wanted some gutters installed on my home and it they are just horrible they the drainage were installed like columns instead of being attached to the house. Which means if a strong wind comes it is going to knock them down. The gutters are leaking water when it rains. When I walk across my porch, I get rained on just a complete disaster. The contractor working for this company was not provided the adequate materials to perform the job correctly. He stood on the railing in the front of my home he dented my soffit and fascia on my house which was not repaired correctly just patched. The CEO of the company was supposed to help correct the issue with another contractor however he showed to help, and the contractor was left alone because he stated he had an engagement he had to attend. The contractor stated that it was a 2-person job, and he needed help, but the CEO had left. He contacted the CEO, and he stated that he would return the next day to help complete the job however he did not show up. The contractor called and asked where he was and he stated that he does not work on Sunday because its family day which is understandable, but he promised to come back, and he did not. After he spoke with the contractor, he called my mother and stated that he was not coming on Sunday because it was family day, but he would come on Monday. Well Monday arrived and again he did not show he stated that he was in Miami. The contractor tried his hardest to make the situation right but without the assistance there was nothing he could really do it was out of his hands. As of today, my gutters are stilled not done correctly and NO I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I have asked for a refund, and he has refused. If you are doing business with a company, you want the job done correctly and they are a trustworthy company.
