Communication was poor throughout the project. After completion, the towel bar that was installed, falls off the wall when you try to place a towel on it, the bathtub plug mechanism doesn’t plug for a bath, and the fixtures are wiggly and loose. He did not want to spend the time to research the availability of the requested items. When I asked for a bronze curved shower curtain rod, I was told that those are “special order”, so I couldn’t get one. I called and found the item was available at the first two places I called.
