    $20,000

I would give ZERO stars if I could! Keep in mind this owner operates under 3 different company names which all are owned by Brock Mathews out of Lodi.
Mathews Building Inc is a subsidiary of this company and holds multiple different businesses all in bad standing including this location (do your homework 1st, we didn't) with the BBB.
Ability to provide more detail and video with audio upon request of all issues from inside the home including that of the workers actually working/not working
They came out for flood damage in our home, they were sent by our homeowners insurance. They did a great job on DEMOLITION so we also hired them to fix it! Now lets jump 2 months, yes I said 2 months that this company left us with no working bathrooms in our home!
1: failure to pull a permit to work on the property, told us NO PERMITS WERE REQUIRED, when I contacted the city after an issue with their workers was informed & I quote directly from an email from the city of Tracy "Please keep in mind that if you pull the permit, you hold the liability and everything falls back to your insurance. We ALWAYS recommend the Contractor pull the permit so that’s on them". This is a result of #6!
2: failure to start project on time
    3: failure to complete project
4: after signing and agreeing on flooring, cabinetry and vanity, told those items weren't in stock and they refused to order them, stating that if they can't pull them off the shelf personally they wouldn't deal with the item, they picked out replacements doubling the cost of the original agreement, picked out what THEY WANTED NOT WHAT WE WANTED
5: failure to wear face masks or any safety gear during this health crisis while in the home working
6: worker brought girlfriend to observe as "helper" wearing sandals that only had a 1/4" strap covering the top of her foot. When asked about her footwear was told that if she was injured she would be covered by their insurance. She was caught coming out of the master bedroom where she had no business carrying her PURSE. This worker walked off the job while I was on the phone with the company trying to figure out what was going on. I have video from inside my home of the entire event including him saying I could pick my STUFF up at Bigfoot flooring in Lodi.
7: worker for the flooring left huge mess in bathroom including scrapings of old glue from previous flooring and carpet squares that he brought with him in the bathtub that we had to dispose of
8: our point of contact made an excuse for woman in master bed w/purse saying she was in there to take further measurements, that room all lighting is controlled by our phones (Xfinity Home)
9: after drywall repair in main bath, we were told that they were JUST going to paint, no mudding or texturizing was required (this is a violation of fire code)
10: failure to provide us with a complete contract even after being asked multiple times
11: 06/10/2020 said they were sending us a bill for work completed but still refusing to give us receipts and the contract
12: no license to work in the city of Tracy for which this property is located
