Hired Mauricio to do work on my yard, paid $600 deposit, he never showed up to complete the work and refuses to return my deposit.

I can’t say enough good about Mauricio. He is the nicest, kindest most professional landscape contractor in Weber/Davis area. I was desperate to have my yard cleaned up from several years of neglect. Mauricio did a beautiful job. My yard is beautiful. He hauled two truck loads of debris from my property. My husband has cancer and I worried about everything... like his work, how long it would take , the costs. Mauricio said “Don’t worry.” He was right there was no need for worry. Thank you, is not enough for the wonderful job he did on our yard.

Warning to all. I paid Mauricio $4,500 and his team never finished the job and started it a month later than scheduled. He ghosted me for weeks before starting the job and has continued to do so.
I am currently filing suit in small claims court.
