As an active duty military member we are brought up knowing that you can delegate authority but not responsibility. Hall Brother’s has failed miserably for us and other homeowner’s in the area, specifically Park West, in this instance. Less than two weeks after moving into our brand new home we had a water softener installed. The home was “pre-plumbed” for a reverse osmosis and water softener system and unbeknownst to us they did not terminate the drain line through an air gap fixture into an actual drain. The drain lines were hanging freely in the laundry room and the drain cap was not even cut out. Hall brothers and their subcontractor failed to take any responsibility in this which resulted in our water softener running through a cycle and flooding our entire home. The damage this caused resulted in us taking out a homeowner’s insurance claim for our brand new home that we had spent less than two weeks in to repair and replace all flooring and damaged cabinets and walls. This ordeal has left us more than $6,000 out of pocket to date and would like to educate others who are contemplating on using this company to invest in a new home to think twice. There are much better contractors out there who actually have morals and stand behind their products.

When we bought our Hall Brothers house they used Yuma Carpet to install our carpet and tile. We had them out several times to address lots of issues that never got resolved, nothing but lip service. We've been in our home for nearly 2 years so I just filed a complaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors. Yuma carpets is a joke along with Hall brothers construction. They go by minimum requirement, not by industry standard. Tammy actually told me that we "deserve sub-standard work". Really!! Don't use yuma carpets if you want any type of quality work. If you want sub-standard work and nothing but lip service, by all means, call them. When our driveway was poured, they did it during a rain storm, our neighbor actually saw it. Our driveway is the roughest in the entire community. When I originally tried to contact Hall Brothers construction, I Never received a response. When Jeremy came out for the recent inspection he tried to say "wind and blowing sand caused it". Hahaha, definitely a water issue when the slab was poured. Thanks for listening
