Bought a house remodeled by maxim. Well let's see where to start the siding has fell off, roof leaks, a cabinet fell off the kitchen wall, sewer was not tied into the main, the water line was buried only 18" deep, and that's only the big things. I would not hire him to to a job for me if I was paid for him to do it.
