1 star is to much in my opinion!!!! I feel Dave Mays (owner of Mays Construction) could possible be the worst contractor of all time. I believe he deceived my wife and I by offering nothing but quality work backed by a 10 year warranty and not providing either. Hopefully by submitting a review to every known review site he will not be able to take advantage of another individual. Please Beware...and note that this is only my opinion.
