    Self-deception & abandoning moral fiber: Hired M.C.C. to build a 2600 sq ft dental office on 12/22/15-fired 8/3/16 & still not done. My bank paid a draw each month. Shannon McAnally, knowingly hired a 2x convicted DRUG FELON as my Supervisor who had ZERO experience in light construction of a small office. Part owner/Constr. Mgr, Ryan Narramore (college dropout), allowed delays beyond the scope of reasonable, was angry, egotistical, unprofessional, unorganized, & full of excuses. Parking lot elevations were not followed exactly w/a survey; M.C.C. just staked, eyed/measured w/a 2×4 & tape, which in turn caused the back parking to be too high, creating drainage issues. After firing M.C.C., they put a mechanics & materials lien out for $56,000.00+. SHOCKING & DEPLORABLE. I interviewed 2 new contractors, & an engineer, all stated that M.C.C.’s work was unacceptable, & the plans were NOT followed. Draw your own conclusions:
