Homeowners and contractors beware!!!
Hired McDaniel to do a project at a fixed price. When the project was complete paid McDaniels the agreed-upon amount and then was told to go get more money because he felt he had earned more than he agreed upon. When he was told he would not receive any more money than the agreed-upon amount he threatened to dump materials on the property causing the homeowner damages. After property damage was threatened he extorted an additional $150 before leaving the job site. I got the sense that he has extorted other victims as well.
