Unresponsive, unreliable, unable. Came to my home with a service charge for 5 minutes to tell me they couldn’t fix an outside light by running a wire through the wall, and that they’d have to affix (an ugly) conduit on the outside of brick -- by the front door. Even after getting approval from the warranty company to proceed , they never called back, despite months of messages from both the company and me. I asked another electrician about McElhaney’s plan -- they said that sounded bogus, and that McElhaney was apparently taking the easy way out. After looking at the light, they ran a wire from the fixture into the wall as I first asked, and fixed it rather quickly. Avoid McElhaney – expensive, and looking for the easy way – if they respond at all.
