Owner
Stay away!!!! The owner has spent the last 15 years developing the Grayson subdivision in Monroe and is still not finished. Only about 105 lots and still has 12+ to go. He runs the homeowners association and has never held a single meeting, given a budget or responded to requests for improvements. I wish I would have know more about Don McInnis prior to building. I wouldn't recommend having any type business relationship with the owner or his business.
