    They are good on their company getting paid, but when it comes to doing their work, nothing!
    We have been waiting on this dynamic duo (Errol and daughter) to respond to our request but crickets.
    They are unreachable when jobs need to be done. Decided to visit their last known location and was told that they have since moved. His license should be yanked by the state of New York!

    They actually deserve no stars. He allows an unlicensed architect to handle jobs. They pay no mind to the job at hand and his daughter is the expediter who isnt able to do her job either. Its been almost a year and they havent closed my permit out and they have been paid to do so.

    Eroll McIntosh does shady business. He sold us a "renovated" house and once we have moved in we found problems after problems with electricity, plumbing, heating, etc...
    We have only lived in this house for a little over a year and have already spent thousands of dollars on repairs that should have been completed during the renovation. Mr. McIntosh accepted our offer in July of 2019 and we could not close until December.
    The sellers were also extremely rude and asked us why did we want to come to see the house so many times? I would imagine anyone buying their first house wants to see it several times to measure certain areas of the house, get a feel for the house, etc... The funny part is that the house was empty so why should you care. They cared because they did not do what they were supposed to do and did not want us to see that before we actually closed on the house.
    I can go on and on, but bottom line is that no one should purchase a house through his company or his team. They are not working for the people. They are looking to make money and do not care about the people that they do business with. Please be careful.
