During the first phase of my project, I experienced a major water leak in a newly renovated bathroom. Damon informed me that the plumbers did not test the pipes/newly installed plumbing. However, when I talked to the Sub-contractor Plumber, he stated something completely different. Overall, I experienced extremely poor communication and customer service. Lastly, after spending and providing a budget of $360K, I am really surprised at the numerous corners cuts and the constant billing when no one would even show up for weeks to work. Requested a list of all of the Sub-contractors involved on my project, which I never received.
