My experience has not been good. We purchased a Trace Home (which is McLean Contracting & Investments) 9 months ago. We have had numerous problems. The builder will not meet with us. His foreman has done a good job trying to address problems but only has limited resolution power. We are being forced to seek legal action. I am a licensed real estate broker and this is not just an unhappy customer.

We purchased a home from Trace Home in Hope Mills NC 2016 we have had nothing but problems with our home warranty issues. The numbers they give you on the vendor list do not work for them anymore. Sandra Anderson
KEY REALTY OF THE CAROLINAS, LLC is the listing agent for Trace Home she covers for him. I have called Sandra numerous times on different phone numbers because she stopped answering my calls to address the problems with our house. We have structure issues on the outside of our house with the vinyl looking bumpy. Our master bedroom has tack strip poking through carpet also the master tub has a crack in it. The sheet rock has cracked in the corner. The back door will not shut properly and the door handle itself keep coming off. Sandra Anderson said she would have everything fixed before our one year warranty but she has failed to do so now I am seeking legal action.
