My company hired Xavier from Medusa Plumbing to work on various bathroom projects for a vacant remodel in Denver. Xavier and his crew arrived as planned but lost the lockbox keys and left the back French doors open all night. The project was promised to be complete in one day but took four days. The day after completion one of his plumbing connections sprung a leak and damaged brand new drywall, cabinets and flooring. We were able to minimize the damage but waited all day for Xavier from Medusa Plumbing to repair his faulty work. Three days later the masterbath shower fixture sprung a leak and damaged over 15 thousand dollars of newly finished materials. We jumped into action right away and contacted Xavier once again. He showed up with a attitude and fixed his second faulty plumbing connection. Xavier refused to reimburse me for any damages or provide his insurance policy for a proper claim. Xavier left us out to dry and has cut off all communication. Beware of Medusa plumbing, they are scammers and will not complete your projects in a certified professional manner. The whole experience was a nightmare and has left me paying for everything out of pocket.

We hired Xavier from Medusa plumbing to repipe two properties. It all seemed great up front, he sounded legit, drive a nice truck with branding on it, gave a good price. Then the work started it was fairly quickly done however when it was time for inspection we quickly learned this plumber did extremely shoddy work that took over 3 inspections to pass rough on the first property. The second property took 4 inspections to pass rough with the inspector so angry about having to come back he called him in front of me and very angrily told him to fix stuff he’s asked multiple times already for. Then we quickly learn Xavier has never held a plumbing license other than in Virginia for 6 months as an apprentice plumber. He is unlicensed and does extremely shoddy work. He completely screwed us and walked with over 25k. Then he posts on Facebook pictures of him holding up all this money. He is doing illegal work throughout Denver metro. It’s by far the most sloppy work. Barely will pass inspection after multiple inspections I had to repay for. We are currently seeking legal council to try and get back what he screwed us out of. So many plumbing problems and again not even licensed. Go look for yourself. You’ve been warned!
