If you are looking for impeccable work, high quality workers all while getting done in a reasonable time, then this is not the company for you. What an absolute nightmare. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I was in need of renovating my guest bathroom. This is a job that should taking at the very most a week. It took them almost three months. Tim does not hire skilled workers, he hires laborers to do everything from demolition to plumbing. On more than one occasion, workers would show up, be here for an hour, then leave for several hours for a "Home Depot" trip and either come back and work for another hour, or not return at all. They would tell me they were coming and would always be at least an hour late or not show up at all. Workers would leave their trash, coffee cups and water bottles everyday in the bathroom and they would flick their cigarette butts on my lawn.
We were told the bathroom was complete. When we went in to inspect, we were horrified. There was no lever to turn on the shower. When you turned the faucet to hot, the water was cold and vice versa. The tub was not caulked to the tile on the floor at all and barely set to the tiles on the wall. My seven year old son could of done a better job caulking the vanity to the wall. They were supposed to come and fix the errors Monday morning. Once again they were late and the job continued into the next day. The only reason why we got it done the next day was because I made him stay until it was completed. They finished the job however they left all of the demolished drywall and supplies on the side of our house. Please, do yourself a favor and pick another company.
