Nick Melone Architects has worked at this location for over 10 years and provides excellent service and knowledge. His firm has managed large capital projects for our building as well as reviewing apartment renovation plans and has always done a very good job.

The job Melone did for me was all about the facade restoration which requires knowledge of landmark rules and code requirements which are updated on a regular basis.
Melone did a wonderful job, at a reasonable price and they were very easy to deal with.
