Our AC broke down and was under "warranty" with a popular company, they had "fixed" it a couple months prior but they wouldn't be able to come out in a reasonable time to look at it unless we paid overtime so we called another company to come and tell us we needed to replace the system! Shocked and disappointed because the system is not that old, we decided to get a third estimate! Wow were we happy we did! Merenda HVAC came out and pointed quickly to the visible HOLE in our refrigeration line, repaired the line checked all the major components which all checked out fine! The technician even took the time to educate us and show us that clearly our system is in good shape! Needless to say, Merenda HVAC will be the only one I call from now on! Honesty is such a rare thing these days. I really feel blessed to have found a company willing to make repairs instead of filling the landfill and their pockets!
