This company totally RIPPED my mom (senior citizen) OFF! Mom needed (2) stucco chimneys repaired on a flat top roof. The job was completed over a few days but a total of only 8 hours labor. (A few hours each day-Waited for stucco to dry etc.) When invoice was presented for over 4K mom questioned. She was told he charges time and material. Okay, a bag of cement and over $400 an hour!! He agreed to charge $3100!! Wow - still a RIP OFF! Also, a portion of the chimney was painted - why not the entire chimney?! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST!
