we had them service our oil boiler, we paid well over 1200 and they didn't complete any service as it should have been done.it was service in 12/16 and 2months after the "service" was done the boiler stopped working. so i called a differeent company and had them look orver it letting them know it was serviced not long ago and not sure why it had stopped. when the guy opened the system and looked at it before he touched anything he said thay he is not sure who did the service but they didnt do it the way it should have been done. so i called the man back from the original company and tried to see if he warranty he work and help out a little, his responce was i dont know who you are and why your calling me but i told the last guy he needed to have it replaced. im not in PA anymore and i dont know what to tell you.
over all cost was 2900 for the first "service" and now an additional 800 just to keep it running.
