This builder is terrible and I would strongly suggest you don't use them. They charge you for "extras" which are actually part of the contract, pad invoices for items changed on work orders, perform incredibly poor work (HVAC, electric, and plumbing failed village code inspections), and will not take accountability for mistakes/poor quality workmanship. We have 67 items (big; not punch list items) that need correcting. Had to fire them mid-way through the project. Beware!!
