We really liked working with Nir. Two tiles lost their glaze in about 6 months and we tried to contact him. No answer on his phone; left messages (2). Call not returned. Now, new pool pump going out. Never received the rebate he supposedly filled out for us. We do not have warranty information on the pump. Very disappointing but maybe he's having a problem with life right now, because he seemed so genuine.
