Hired MFB 247 to put in a plumbing install of a shower insert. Made a mistake allowing Mr. Wendt to act like it was too much of a friendly arraignment, and between Christians. Right from the beginning, I know now, he saw the job as only a cash opportunity. Mr. Wendt did not produce a quote, but lulled me into a false sense of security by saying that he would defer my having to pay him until the job was done. However, not only did he use that false understanding to drag out the job for over three months, putting my behind every other little business and personal interest, but also to used the interim time as a ruse to make the bill more than two times that of what other companies would have charged. In fact, Mr. Wendt and the MFB 247 bill also did not reflect my being required to help in instances, like the floor cutting, and use his underage, and un-certified sons to accomplish most of the work due to an injury of his. In addition, Mr. Wendt both rewrote his bill multiple times, using an assortment of charges and ways to cast them to gain the increased costs, and charged supply costs and rental fees which I incurred and not him. The only thing that I would have to say to anyone who might be considering MFB 247 is do not or do so with your eyes wide open and not clouded by personal statements or his said allegiance to Christianity. In addition, get quotes from other companies. I sadly did so last, and found his final charges (which I am still disputing) to be over 2Xs that of the others.
