Initially I was - I signed a contract 04/01/06 for a complete tear off and replacement of boards. With the exception of few minor issues which were fixed. However, fast forward to 08/26/21 I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY HOMEOWNER TO HIRE MGA. I needed a new flashing and rain cap. I am suppose to have a guarantee on my roof. I have left 5 emails and was told that they would get to me when they could. Finally, I was told by the receptionist that MGA no longer does residential only commercial and I would have to wait - no time frame given. The reason why I was so persistent is because I did not want to void my guarantee but at this point it does not seem to matter to MGA. I clicked one star but would have given NO STARS.
