I had home warranty and submit the claim this person came and look at nothing to fix or work and get paid $120 to just look at the items but did not come up again when I call did not answer after 4 weeks later constantly calling emailing I got response but all he told me lie DO NOT work with person or company you will regret all the time

We have a home warranty and Michael Conforti sent one of this workers (Nick) for a broken clothes washer well showed up collected $60 and had to go order the part. We received the part and called to set a time. He said he would be back on Monday. Monday comes and go and he never answers the phone or call back. We now have 2 weeks of dirty clothes and it is now December 23, 2019 and still waiting

We have sears warranty. So we called sears for plumbing issue and they assigned Mr Know it all Michael Conforti to the job. He came took $100 deductable and said he don't have the snake with him to open the stoppage. So he would come Monday with it (in other words came for $100). Then Monday we had to call him to see what time would he show up, but he addressed "if you stop calling I can come early). Then he showed up and tried to get more for the job by saying need to cut the pipe, because there is rag inside. So will need sears approval and meanwhile said I don't need supervision, and I said this is my house. So he snapped and left the job undone. A very rude individual, No recommendation what so ever. We called another Plummer and he was in and out within 10 mins. There was no rag just plain old blockage. Mr Michael Conforti is a lair.

DO NOT TRUST HIM, HE IS A CON MAN. 630/655-8668. He came from TOTAL HOME PROTECTION TO LOOK AT MY OLD WASHER, BUT SAID IT WAS TO OLD TO REPAIR OR REPLACE SO HE SOLD ME A BROKEN WASHER & NEVER CAME BACK TO REPAIR NOR RETURN MY MONEY. PLEASE HE IS NOT HONEST. HE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
