    We loved working with Michael. He's very thorough and easy to work with. He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. (Not everyone we work with does this!)

    Ours really wasn't a big project in terms of architecture. We removed a major post from our kitchen, which supported our second floor. We replaced it with 2 steel beams in the space between the ceiling and floor, and additional posts supporting the ends of the beams, inside the outer walls. It all went smoothly, and the kitchen really opened-up without the post.

    Michael's a very nice man, and is there when you need him, but doesn't hoover unnecessarily.

    I would definitely recommend him!
