Stay away from Mike McMahon, he is a terrible communicator, dishonest, and will not provide the product that he promises. We were working with him on a home build and it was 9 months of smoke and mirrors, an inability to return communication, didn't follow through on promises, and he ultimately left us in a lurch. He will tell you what you want to hear, but ultimately falls flat on his face in what he's committed to.

Michael McMahon construction did a kitchen remodel in a home we purchased. However, no insulation was put into the exterior walls during the remodel, so pipes froze and the result was a flooded basement and extensive damage of more than $60,000.

Mike McMahon has been our contractor on our remodel for the past 3 months. Due to repeated delays, broken promises, and outright lies, we have decided to terminate our project with his company. Today we discovered that the building permit on our additions, which he promised to get from the city weeks ago, was never filed. This has delayed our project for at least 1 1/2 months costing us time and money. Beware of Mike and his company. We couldn't be more disappointed and disgusted by this experience.
