  Problems arose with the remodeling of our basement. A light switch on the wrong side of a door, a shower door installed incorrectly (water sprayed everywhere!), a shower head that was angled too high, and a dented vent. I was a little upset, but dealt with it. Then, hardly two weeks after Mike had finished the basement, I notice a squishing sound underneath the hardwood flooring. I stomped down and water bubbles shot out of the cracks between the wood. The area between the shower and the toliet was swelled up with water. I couldn’t believe it! We told Mike and he came a few days later and fixed it. Or so we thought. Today, after taking a shower, I noticed that the floor was swelled up again with water, and this time it covered most of the bathroom floor! Mike can’t come to make it worse this time, as it’s spring break and he’s away, and I am pissed.

  There aren't many contractors like Mike. He's truly one of a kind. He is reasonable in price and does fine, quality work.

  There is nothing this guy can't do. His work in of the highest quality and you better listen to his advise. He is full of good ideas since he has "seen it all". It's like he is a magician. There is an ugly damaged area in your wall and when he's done you can't find it. He can do all aspects of a job. I know I'm gushing but that's the admiration we have for him.

  Excellent work, great to the last detail. Stays in budget. Communicates well and is very adaptable as we made several changes through our many construction projects ie 2 story addition to our home, new free standing garage, horse barn renovation as well as building an old fashioned outhouse (for decoration). I recommend without reservation. Hired because he can build in character with the home. We have a very unique historic property that was markedly enhanced, but looked like it was always a part of the original structure.
