We used him for a kitchen and living tile job. He has his son do the tiling and he didn't even finish grouting. We polished the floor ourselves. It is uneven. He didn't measure correctly on the backsplash and it's about 3 inches short of meeting up with the end of the wall. We ordered and payed for a mahogony mantle for the fireplace and he substituted a cheap plexiglass one. He was by far the cheapest available for the work but I wish we had just done it ourselves.

Jack of all trades, master of none. Shoddy workmanship and leaves a mess. Talks up a storm about how much his work is loved, well ask around and you'll get quite a different story. WE're out thousands of dollars and I'm getting ready to sue him.

I have used Michael Vacca over the years for a variety of jobs (including a kitchen remodel) and couldn't be more satisfied with his services. He is courteous, professional, and we have been very happy with the quality of his work. I highly recommend him.
