Very unethical. As a women in business, I have to be careful. After seeing my project and sending me bids, he changed the bid price once he saw that my financing was secure. We all know what happened next. 35000 over our agreed upon price, he went over. Greed and the Audacity. What happened to protect black women? He saw the property at least three times and never changed the bid one time. Sad. Avoid!
