We contracted for an interior painting job. We discussed at length quality issues and expectations about workmanship in advance of signing contracts, and Mr. Michelini stated he would deliver a high quality job, on time (or ahead of time), and on budget. After 2 months on a job that was supposed to take one month, the contracts were terminated due to Mr. Michelini's multiple, material, and uncured breaches of contract. The house is now in much worse shape than before the painting started, and requires a complete re-do. Mr Michelini demanded payment in full for work *not* completed, and abandoned the work site when the full payment was not provided. He conducted himself in a very unprofessional manner. I strongly recommend *not* using Michelini Custom Building.
