He put in a tile flooring in my condo and did not prepare the concrete flooring. A simple plastic liner would have prevented moisture/water coming through the tiles grout in the dining and living room.
In addition, his workers were drinking beer and wine coolers while working. I found the empty cans in my garage after the job was completed in December 2020.
