  I would never recommend this builder. He was only after our money. When he would not stand by his work it drove me to loose my religion. He tore off our roof knowing we did not have the roofing material picked or ordered. We had rain storm and it leaked everywhere in my house that we just finished remodeling. When I asked him about repairs he said he was sorry but his insurance would not cover it. It was a lie unless he was lying about having insurance in the first place. Needless to say we are stuck with the bill because he has it in his contract that you must go through arbitration for disputes which is a joke. So we get to fix what we just finished a few months earlier except now there is more than what we originally had. He also tried to charge us for a building permit which we already had.the subcontractors he hired were drinking beer on our roof and were extremely disrespectful. They also stole money from bags of other workers that were here. He promised to repay them and never did. This man isn’t fit to build my dogs house.
