Company is being run by his son Bradley. Bradley did a great job on casing windows and trim. The plumbing contractor was phenomenal.
The other sub contractors not so much. Between asking for cash advances and not showing up when the subs promised. Scratching newly installed flooring, and buying additional material not needed. We had an additional $3500 in labor and an additional $650 in material expenses to have bathroom tile ripped out and redone correctly. Another $2050 in labor and $300 in material to have doors repainted and rooms touched up.
What made matters worse where the broken promises and lack of callbacks and follow up.
