    What a joke! New home, concrete cracked. Called about problem, guy answered , probably thinking new business, new victim. Newer followed up again. Does not stand behind his work. Dude quit the business!

    Concrete Stairs and Walkway
    $5,000

    We Dealt directly with the owner, Mike Reynold, (331) 330-1405, to have our front concrete step stoop and walk way replaced. The concrete cracked within 2 weeks from completion. Mike has not returned any of my calls or texts. He is very nice when you talk to him but unfortunately does not stand behind his work. Based on the other reviews he has a track record of poor workmanship and dodging customers. I would not recommend anyone do business with Mike Reynolds or Mike’s Mudd.

    I was prepared to write about my terrible experience, but after reading the first review, I should just say “ditto”. Unfortunately, our contractor hired this company to do the concrete work at our new home. Just like Stacie, shortly after installation, our concrete steps to the front door got a big crack and now it’s separating and settling along with cracks in the driveway. Mike refuses to come back and warranty his work. We have been calling him for over a year now and at first he kept telling us he would come out but would never show up and now he just flat out refuses to warranty his work. The saddest part of this whole thing is he lives in the neighborhood and I grew up with him. You would think he would like to take care of someone he knows if nothing else, but apparently he doesn’t care. I would like to promote a small independent business owner trying to be successful, but since he hasn’t shown a professional attitude or pride in his craft, besides obviously not doing good concrete work, I can’t support his company and I urge anyone thinking about using Mike’s Mudd to reconsider. There are many other concrete companies out there to choose from. I would like to be clear that I had to leave a star rating in order to post this review. If I had a choice, I would leave zero stars...or maybe even a negative amount.

    Concrete walkway

    Mike poured a new concrete front walkway for us about 2 years ago. 6 months later it cracked all the way through the main stoop. We contacted him when we noticed the crack and he said he would fix it. It’s been a year and a half since we first mentioned it to him and he has yet to repair the crack. We’ve reached out to him many many times to no avail. He is now not answering messages or texts. Please don’t use this company as he does not stand by his work!
