Quality and time to execute an incomplete work has been terrible. Many extra costs due to bad planning and inefficient work. He forced us to pay all extra costs due to an unjustified lien. We have worked with several contractors but this one is the most abusive one. Frank Mikiciuk, Charlestown Building is the most unreliable, distrustful contractor we have worked with.
