    Pool remodel

    Pool started Jan. 2020 and is not completed as of Sept 2020. Poor workmanship. No attention to detail, no followup. Absolutely the worst pool I've had. Incomplete tile deck, no cleanup, still waiting.

    I had a pool built by them. Although it looks OK he does not guarantee his work. In less than on year the cool deck and tile separated. I call owner numerous times and never got a return call. When I finally did speak to him he asked when he had built the pool. When I said less than a year he said OK he would go but was really busy. 9 months later and nothing. He finally went 2/07/17 and cleaned my pool because his cleaning crew has done a mediocre job. He then stated the cocking and pool separation I would have to pay for. Well do not use his cleaning service as it is mediocre and definitely do not use him as your pool builder. He only goes when you want a quote and to get paid. Once he is paid good luck getting him to come back and honor his work.
