    Same experience as the first reviewer. We hired Miles Harris Construction and he made us pay for all the material up front and a bit extra for himself. He ripped our walls and bathrooms out, four months later and our place only has one useable bathroom and debris all over the side of the house. We've decided to file a lawsuit along with a formal complaint with the Attorney General and contact the California Contractors Board. We need to make sure this never happens to anyone ever again.

    Shoddy business. Never finished either job that we hired him for and made us pay in full. Did good for the first half of the jobs and then took off with our money and haven't heard from him or seen him in months. Left all the remodeling trash and had to spend thousands extra hiring other people to finish his job and removing debris. It's been almost a year since we first hired him and we've lost so much money to this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Reasonable, reliable, good workmanship.

    Excellent work, reasonably priced. Good communication and reliable. Has done 5 separate jobs for me between 2011 and 2015. Repair drywall, vinyl panel two tankless water heater closets, install return air filter grille, re-route pipes for water softener system, re-grout slab granite shower. Highly recommended.
