I purchased a house in July, 2011. The sellers had Millard Roofing replace the roof the month before I purchased it. February, 2012 I noticed a problem and took pictures of it. When I took the pictures into the Millard Roofing office, Jim Eggers (Owner) told me that they would come out and give me a bid to fix it! Why would I pay Millard Roofing to fix it when they couldn't do it right in the first place?! Apparently Millard Roofing doesn't warranty or guarantee their work. I have had other roofers look at it and am told that there is bad sheeting under the shingles that should have been replaced by Millard Roofing. It's going to cost me about $1,600 to have it fixed.
