I hired David Miller last December 2019 and am still trying to have our addition completed. He has been over budget and over time frames. He has not abided by his contract and refuses to return calls, emails, or texts messages. He will occasionally sent a text stating he will meet with us and then never show or up or call. He has taken all of our money and not delivered the addition we have paid for. Further the Few materials that are here have been exposed to the elements and will need to be replaced. Do not use this company.

I would not hire this contractor under any circumstances. We hired him in July of 2019 for a new roof, new deck and new garage. As of March 2020, the roof is done but poorly and needs considerable work to repair; the deck is fine; the garage is barely started. We have not seen or heard from him since late summer 2020, despite having paid for several items that have never appeared on our job. He took money that was never spent on our job, left without finishing it, and failed to follow through on multiple promises. We are now finding out that the work that was completed before he disappeared is not done correctly.
