Miller Flooring Residential finished our entire basement with beautiful hand scraped engineered wide plank hardwood (lock system). We are so delighted with the result. Great workmen and no problems- very courteous. They have since come back to refinish first-floor hardwood and will install carpets. We love them!

Iacobucci Builders hired Miller to do all of our flooring and shower installation within our new home. After only two years of living in the home, a large crack formed through the tile on our master shower floor running from the wall to the drain. Initially, my wife reached out via email two separate times and received no response. We then called the office a number of times and still received no response. Finally, after yet another email with a more firm tone, we finally received a response from Miller stating that this is completely normal for cracks to form in the shower floor with the settlement of the home. This response came without even sending someone out to look at the situation and assess the damage. He also accused me, the customer, of having a tone (over email by the way) that he did not appreciate after ignoring my wife and I for weeks. Sometimes that is what it takes to even get a response from Miller Flooring I guess. Prior to this, we had numerous professional contractors look at the cracks and they all agreed that normal house settling should NOT cause cracks in the base of a shower floor if installed correctly, especially not after only two years. The other contractors stated the main cause for these cracks is poor installation likely due to the incorrect amount of support under the pan, the subfloor not being screwed down properly, and/or the lack of concrete board for subfloor among other installation missteps/shortcuts. Miller did the installation for all of the homes in our neighborhood I believe. One neighbor had a cracked tub as well as cracks in their master shower after only one year. Another currently has a massive crack in their shower bench tile. Others complained about misaligned shower shelves and overall sloppy tile work and grout. Clearly, there is a common theme here with Miller doing installations. Aside from the sloppy installation leading to these issues, this company lacks responsiveness and professionalism. Ultimately, they refused to investigate the situation further because they "do not have a relationship with us outside of the builder" so said we should discuss with them. Classic push off of blame from one party to the next rather than assessing the situation and owning up to their mistakes. A complete lack of professionalism by both Miller Flooring and Iacobucci Builders. I would stay away if I were you. The track record in this one neighborhood alone I think speaks for itself.
