Took our money for pool purchase and install and we got the pool package (not correct) but cancelled on us two weeks prior to install date. He scammed us out of $4200 as the pool package cost was less than he was paid. Changed phone number and making false claims through his lawyer that all money was spent on pool package. Closed his business A & R Construction due to health reason - took our money and ran - able to do other work though.......legal action coming.
