    Do yourself a favor and do not buy a house from Minerva. Before we bought our home, all we heard about was how great the builder was and how they would fix almost anything that came up in the first year after closing. We were constantly reassured that even our punch list would be handled promptly after closing. Well, almost immediately after closing, their contractor walked off the job. It took us a solid month to get our punch list taken care of. At one point, I even reached out to their main office for help and spoke with a woman named Jessica, who assured me everything would be taken care of, now she will not respond to me at all.
    We are now being told our furnaces & ducts have construction dust in them that needs to be cleaned out so it does not damage the unit down the road. No one will return my calls or texts to get this taken care of. The warranty that comes with the house says that is not something they will cover. A brand new house, with construction dust in the HVAC and that is our problem?
    Just as the other reviews mention, these homes look lovely, unfortunately, they are cheaply made. No crown molding, some cheap alternative, we already have a wall with a crack in it, cheap “hardwoods”, they seem to have cut corners everywhere possible. Not what we were expecting for over half a million dollars. Go find a builder with a quality product who will stand by their work!
