Joe Merrill Minnesota's Best Exteriors completed installation of a new roof covering on my duplex at 1001 and 1003 7th Street in Farmington.
The competitive bid, while not the lowest received, offered more than others. As I am a MN State Building Official #1540, a former City Building Inspector, and a professional home inspector (Oye Home Inspection) for thirty five years, I am particular, ask lots of questions, and pay attention to detail.
I was on the roof and inspected entirely all aspects of the one day roof covering replacement. The roof covering replacement met my higher than normal expectations. The GAF architectural shingles and the ridge vent have improved the "For Sale" property, increasing property value. Mr. Merrill completed the City permit and the GAF lifetime warranty.
I will refer Minnesota's Best Exteriors in the future. I will hire Minnesota's Best Exteriors again. Joe Merrill and crew were great! Don't forget to tip your roofing crew! Roofing is extremely hard work.
