We waited for 3 months after paying for all of the materials for our kitchen remodel as well as plumbing and electrical work. They did not seem prepared at all with the plumber and had to get a backup plumber. The stucco guy did a horrible job, the framing was done by a man and his 15 yr old son - they never asked our permission to bring him to our home so that we could make the decision to get extra insurance to cover any incidents.
We have nothing but an empty room and framing and sheetrock rework due to faulty work by Mitchell Dev.
We are very disappointed that they will not provide us the money that they took from us which we later found out was against the law. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR A CONTRACTOR TO COLLECT PAYMENT FOR WORK NOT YET COMPLETED, OR FOR MATERIALS NOT YET DELIVERED. HOWEVER, A CONTRACTOR MAY REQUIRE A DOWNPAYMENT.”

They would not provide a copy of the permit, they would not tell us the schedule or when we could expect to have a completed kitchen.
We are devastated financially and emotionally at this point. -
