Just a heads-up to other potential customers. We had Mike come out for an estimate in August - discussion went very well, we discussed holding off about a month until the weather cooled in September and received a quote. Now it is September and there is zero answering of his phone and no text message return to say anything (can do, can't do, will get back later - nothing). This is completely sad for us because we turned away other companies once we chose MJ. Future customers... bear in mind what happened to us... we have to start all over again due to zero response back after the quote.
