We have done 2 projects with this company. He is not a person you can trust. During the project, he will tell you want you want to hear but all punch list and pending work are "not my job" once CO is recieved. You will have to keep calling him to finish roof leaks / constant plumbing problems.
Pls do verify the quote and the items used. He will price you for " American Standard" items and will install "Generic" items and when problems happen, he will start the blame game.
